Common issues and solutions
Ensure you're using the correct email. Check for typos and extra spaces.
Passwords are case-sensitive. Verify Caps Lock is off.
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page to receive a reset link via email.
If you signed up with Google/Microsoft, click the respective button instead of using email/password.
Password reset emails may be filtered. Check Spam/Junk folders in your email.
Email delivery can be delayed. Wait a few minutes before trying again.
Ensure you entered the email you used to sign up. Try your alternate emails.
If >10 minutes passed, request a new reset link. Previous link may have expired.
OAuth login uses popups. Check if your browser is blocking popups for this site.
Old OAuth tokens may cause issues. Clear cache and cookies, then try again.
Open an incognito/private window to rule out browser extension interference.
Go to your Google/Microsoft account settings → Connected Apps → Revoke access → Re-authorize
2FA codes are time-based. Ensure your phone's clock is set to automatic time.
2FA codes expire every 30 seconds. Enter the code immediately after it appears.
Wait for the next code to generate (~30 seconds) and try that one instead.
If your authenticator app isn't working, use one of your backup codes saved during 2FA setup.
Contact support with proof of account ownership (email verification) to disable 2FA.
You may have already registered. Try logging in with email/password or OAuth.
If you originally signed up with Google/Microsoft, use that button instead of email/password.
If you forgot how you signed up, try "Forgot password?" to regain access.
Sessions last 7 days for security. You'll need to log in again after that.
