Error: "Invalid credentials"

Check Email Address

Ensure you're using the correct email. Check for typos and extra spaces.

Check Password

Passwords are case-sensitive. Verify Caps Lock is off.

Old OAuth tokens may cause issues. Clear cache and cookies, then try again.

Try Incognito/Private Mode

Open an incognito/private window to rule out browser extension interference.

Check Account Permissions

Go to your Google/Microsoft account settings → Connected Apps → Revoke access → Re-authorize

2FA Code Not Working

2FA codes are time-based. Ensure your phone's clock is set to automatic time.

Enter Code Quickly

2FA codes expire every 30 seconds. Enter the code immediately after it appears.

Wait for the next code to generate (~30 seconds) and try that one instead.

Use Backup Code

If your authenticator app isn't working, use one of your backup codes saved during 2FA setup.

Contact support with proof of account ownership (email verification) to disable 2FA.
