Can't Find My Transcription

Check All Files Tab

Click "All Files" in sidebar to see all transcriptions across all folders.

Search by Name

Use the search bar at the top to search for the filename.

Check Status Filter

Ensure you don't have status filters applied (Completed/Processing/Failed buttons).

Sort by Date

Click "Date" column header to sort by newest first. Your transcription may be on page 2+.

Search Not Returning Results

Check Search Scope

Search looks in filename and transcription content. Ensure you're spelling the keyword correctly.

Try Partial Word

Search for part of the word: "meeti" instead of "meeting"

Use Tags

If you tagged transcriptions, click tags in the sidebar to filter.

Clear All Filters

Remove any applied filters (folders, tags, status) and search again.

Can't Move to Folder

Create Folder First

Go to Files → "+ New Folder" → Enter name → Save

Move Transcription

Select transcription checkbox → "Move" button → Choose folder

Or Drag and Drop

Drag transcription row and drop onto folder name in sidebar.

Tags Not Saving

Wait for Save

After adding tag, wait 1-2 seconds for the save indicator before leaving the page.

Check Internet Connection

Tags require active connection to save. If offline, changes won't persist.

Refresh and Re-add

Refresh page and add tags again. If issue persists, report to support.

Accidentally Deleted Transcription

No Trash/Recycle Bin

Deleted transcriptions are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Re-upload File

If you still have the original audio file, upload it again.

Check Exported Backups

If you exported the transcription before deleting, you can import the text manually.
