Unsupported File Format

ℹ️

Supported Formats

Audio: MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, FLAC, OGG | Video: MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WEBM

Upload Stuck or Frozen

Check Internet Connection

Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Large files require consistent connectivity.

▶️

Refresh and Retry

Cancel the upload, refresh the page (Cmd/Ctrl + R), and try uploading again.

▶️

Try a Different Browser

If the issue persists, try Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Clear browser cache if needed.

💡

Upload During Off-Peak Hours

Large uploads work better with stable connections. Try uploading during times with less network congestion.
