Common issues and solutions
Insufficient funds, expired card, incorrect CVV, billing address mismatch, or bank fraud protection.
Verify card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing ZIP code are correct.
Call your bank or credit card company. They may be blocking the transaction as suspected fraud.
Use another credit/debit card. Some banks block international payments.
If available, PayPal often works when credit cards fail.
Plan changes can take up to 2 minutes to process after payment.
Logout and log back in, or refresh the page (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R to bypass cache).
You should receive a payment confirmation email. If you didn't, the payment may not have processed.
If still showing FREE after 5 minutes, contact support with your payment confirmation email.
Invoices are automatically emailed after each payment. Search your email for "invoice" or "receipt".
Go to Account → Billing → Invoices to view and download all past invoices.
Invoice emails may be filtered. Check Spam/Junk folders.
When you cancel, you keep access until the current billing period ends. You won't be charged again after that.
Go to Account → Billing to see "Subscription ends on [date]"
If charged after cancellation end date, contact support immediately for a refund.
Go to Account → Billing → Payment Method → Update
The new card becomes the default payment method immediately.
Pricing is shown in your local currency based on your location. USD, EUR, GBP, etc.
Displayed price includes applicable taxes for your region.
If paying in different currency than displayed, your bank's exchange rate applies.
First-time PRO/BUSINESS subscriptions are eligible for full refund within 14 days.
Email support with your account email and reason for refund. Response within 24-48 hours.
Approved refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
