Understanding Transcription Status

Every transcription goes through several stages. Understanding the status helps you know what to expect.

Status Types

• **PENDING** - In queue, waiting to start
• **PROCESSING** - AI is actively transcribing
• **COMPLETED** - Done! Ready to view
• **FAILED** - Error occurred, needs retry

Processing Time Estimates

• **Typical**: 1/4 of audio duration (10 min audio = ~2.5 min processing)
• **FREE plan**: May be slower during peak times
• **PRO/BUSINESS**: Priority processing, faster queue

What to Do If It Fails
