Every transcription goes through several stages. Understanding the status helps you know what to expect.

Status Types

  • PENDING - In queue, waiting to start
  • PROCESSING - AI is actively transcribing
  • COMPLETED - Done! Ready to view
  • FAILED - Error occurred, needs retry

Processing Time Estimates

  • Typical: 1/4 of audio duration (10 min audio = ~2.5 min processing)
  • Free plan: May be slower during peak times
  • Plus/Premium: Priority processing, faster queue

What to Do If It Fails

  1. 1Check the error message

  3. 3If it fails again, try re-uploading
