Every transcription goes through several stages. Understanding the status helps you know what to expect.
Status Types
- PENDING - In queue, waiting to start
- PROCESSING - AI is actively transcribing
- COMPLETED - Done! Ready to view
- FAILED - Error occurred, needs retry
Processing Time Estimates
- Typical: 1/4 of audio duration (10 min audio = ~2.5 min processing)
- Free plan: May be slower during peak times
- Plus/Premium: Priority processing, faster queue
What to Do If It Fails
- 1Check the error message
- 2Click "Retry" button
- 3If it fails again, try re-uploading
- 4Contact support if problem persists
