Inline Text Editing

  1. 1Open any completed transcription
  2. 2Go to the "Transcript" tab
  3. 3Click on any text to edit it
  4. 4Type your corrections
  5. 5Click outside or press Enter to save
  6. 6Changes are saved automatically

Pro Tip

Changes are saved in real-time - no need to hit a "Save" button!

Find & Replace

Fix repeated errors quickly:

  1. 1Press Cmd+F (Mac) or Ctrl+F (Windows)
  2. 2Enter the incorrect word/phrase
  3. 3Enter the correct replacement
  4. 4Click "Replace All"
  5. 5All instances are fixed instantly
