How to Set Content Type
- 1Upload your file
- 2In "Configure Settings" select the Content Type that matches your audio
- 3Click "Start Transcription"
Which Content Type to Choose
- Auto β Default. Works for most audio
- Meeting β Meetings, interviews (2+ speakers)
- Lecture β Podcasts, talks (1 speaker)
- Call β Phone or VoIP recordings
- Music β Songs, music videos, audio with background music
- Noisy β Recordings with background noise
Pro Tip
Audio with music? Select Music profile. This dramatically improves accuracy when music is playing in the background.
Common Issues
- Lyrics transcribed as random words β Use Music profile
- Background music causing errors β Use Music profile
- Noisy cafe recording β Use Noisy profile
- Phone call quality β Use Call profile
Check "Remember my settings" to save your preference for future uploads.
