How to Create Highlights

  1. 1Select text with your mouse
  2. 2Choose a color from the toolbar that appears
  3. 3Add an optional note/comment
  4. 4Click "Save Highlight"

Available Colors

  • Yellow - General highlights
  • Green - Positive points or agreements
  • Blue - Important information
  • Orange - Action items or follow-ups
  • Red - Critical or urgent items
  • Purple - Questions or clarifications needed

Pro Tip

Use consistent colors across transcriptions for easier organization!
