Export & Share Your Transcriptions

Download transcriptions in multiple formats or share them with team members and clients.

Once your transcription is ready, you can export it in various formats or share it with others.

Export Formats

Click the "Export" button on any transcription to choose from:

  • TXT - Plain text (simple and universal)
  • DOCX - Microsoft Word (editable document)
  • PDF - Portable Document Format (print-ready)
  • SRT - Subtitle format (for video editors)
  • JSON - Structured data (for developers)

Bulk Download

Need to download multiple transcriptions at once?

  1. 1Select files using checkboxes
  2. 2Click "Download All"
  3. 3Files will download one by one automatically

Pro Tip

All files are downloaded in TXT format for bulk downloads.

Share with Link

Share transcriptions without sending files:

  1. 1Click the "Share" button on any transcription
  2. 2Choose public or private sharing
  3. 3Copy the share link
  4. 4Send to anyone - no login required

Important

Public links can be accessed by anyone with the URL. Use private sharing for sensitive content.

Bulk Sharing

Share multiple files at once:

  1. 1Select files with checkboxes
  2. 2Click "Share"
  3. 3Enter email addresses
  4. 4Add an optional message
  5. 5Click "Send"
