Want to transcribe a YouTube video or podcast? Just paste the URL and we'll handle the rest.

  2. 2Copy the video or audio URL from YouTube, Vimeo, or other platforms
  3. 3Paste the URL into the input field
  4. 4Click "Start Transcription"
  5. 5Wait for processing (download + transcription)
  6. 6View your completed transcription

Pro Tip

URL transcription works for any publicly accessible video or audio file. Private or restricted content cannot be transcribed.

Processing Time

URL transcriptions take longer than file uploads because we need to:

  • Download the media file
  • Extract the audio track
  • Transcribe the audio

Expect 2-3x the normal transcription time for URL imports.
