URL transcription works for any publicly accessible video or audio file. Private or restricted content cannot be transcribed.
Processing Time
URL transcriptions take longer than file uploads because we need to:
- Download the media file
- Extract the audio track
- Transcribe the audio
Expect 2-3x the normal transcription time for URL imports.
