TranscribeNext offers 7 different export formats, each designed for specific use cases. Choose the format that best fits your workflow.
Available Export Formats
- TXT - Plain text, simple and universal
- DOCX - Microsoft Word with formatting and metadata
- PDF - Print-ready document with professional layout
- SRT - Subtitles for video editors (Premiere, Final Cut)
- VTT - Web video subtitles (HTML5, YouTube)
- JSON - Structured data for developers and integrations
- Audio - Original audio file (preserves format)
How to Export
- 1Open any completed transcription
- 2Click the "Download" button (green arrow icon)
- 3Choose your desired format from the dropdown
- 4File downloads automatically to your computer

Bulk Export
Need to export multiple transcriptions? Select files with checkboxes on the dashboard, then click "Download All". All files are exported in TXT format for bulk operations.
Important
Export features require a completed transcription. You cannot export while transcription is still processing.
