Get started with TranscribeNext in under 5 minutes. Upload your first file and get results.
Welcome to TranscribeNext! This guide will walk you through creating your first transcription in just a few simple steps.
Pro Tip
Before you start, make sure you have an audio or video file ready. We support all major formats: MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, FLAC, OGG, WebM (audio) and MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WebM, FLV, MPEG (video).
- 1Sign up or log in to your account
- 2Click the "Upload" button or press U on your keyboard
- 3Drag and drop your file or click to browse
- 4Select your language (auto-detect is enabled by default)
- 5Click "Start Transcription"
- 6Wait for processing (usually takes 1/4 of audio duration)
- 7View your completed transcription

What happens next?
Once you upload your file, our AI starts processing it immediately. You'll see a progress bar showing the transcription status. When it's done, you can view, edit, and export your transcription.

Pro tip: You can continue browsing or upload more files while your first transcription is processing!
