Important
WARNING: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Before you delete, make sure you understand what will be removed.
What Gets Deleted?
- All transcriptions - Both files and text
- Audio files - All uploaded files
- Folders - Structure and organization
- Settings - All custom preferences
- Subscription - Active subscriptions canceled
How to Delete
- 1Go to Settings > Account
- 2Scroll to bottom
- 3Click "Delete Account" (red button)
- 4Read warning carefully
- 5First confirmation click
- 6Second confirmation click
- 7Enter your email to confirm
- 8Click "Delete Forever"
