Google Meet URL Format

Google Meet URLs look like:

  • Visible in participant list
  • Camera off, microphone muted
  • Records all audio and captions
  • Leaves when meeting ends

Meeting Permissions

Google Meet permission levels:

  • Public meetings - Bot can join automatically
  • Restricted meetings - Host must admit the bot
  • Waiting room - Host must let bot in

Pro Tip

If your meeting has a waiting room, the bot will wait to be admitted. Ask the host to let "TranscribeNext Bot" join.
