Track the status of your meeting recordings in real-time. See which bots are active, monitor their progress, and cancel if needed.

Where to View Active Recordings

Active meeting recordings appear on your dashboard in a dedicated section showing all ongoing bot sessions.

Recording Status Indicators

  • 🟡 JOINING - Bot is connecting to the meeting
  • 🟢 IN_MEETING - Bot has joined and is present
  • 🔵 RECORDING - Actively recording audio
  • 🟣 PROCESSING - Meeting ended, creating transcription

Auto-Refresh

The dashboard automatically updates every 5 seconds to show the latest status of your active bots. No manual refresh needed!

Pro Tip

Keep the dashboard open during meetings to monitor bot status in real-time.

How to Cancel a Recording

  1. 1Find the active recording in your dashboard
  2. 2Click the "Cancel" or "Stop" button
  3. 3Confirm cancellation
  4. 4Bot leaves the meeting immediately
  5. 5Partial recording may be saved

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Bot exits the meeting
  • Recording stops immediately
  • Partial transcription may be available
  • Recording marked as canceled in your history

Failed Recordings

If a bot shows FAILED status:

  • Check the error message for details
  • Common reasons: invalid URL, meeting ended, bot removed
  • Try creating a new recording
  • Contact support if issue persists

Important

Canceling a recording cannot be undone. Make sure you want to stop before confirming.

Recording History

After recordings complete or fail:

  • Completed recordings appear as normal transcriptions
  • Failed recordings show error details
  • Canceled recordings may show partial data
  • All recordings tracked in your account history
