Updating Payment Method

Change your credit card or update billing information in Stripe.

Need to update your credit card or billing address? You can manage payment methods through Stripe's secure portal.

How to Update Payment Method

  1. 1Go to Settings โ†’ Billing
  2. 2Look for payment method information
  3. 3Click "Manage Payment Method" or "Update Card"
  4. 4You'll be redirected to Stripe Customer Portal
  5. 5Update your card details or add a new card
  6. 6Save changes
  7. 7Return to TranscribeNext

What You Can Update

  • Credit/debit card number
  • Card expiration date
  • CVV/Security code
  • Billing address
  • Cardholder name

Supported Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Diners Club
  • JCB

Pro Tip

Update your card before it expires to avoid service interruptions. Stripe will email you when your card is about to expire.

When to Update Your Payment Method

  • Card is expiring soon
  • Card was lost or stolen
  • Changing to a different card
  • Billing address changed
  • Payment failed due to insufficient funds

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. 1Stripe automatically retries the charge
  2. 2You receive email notification
  3. 3Update your payment method if needed
  4. 4Stripe retries automatically for several days
  5. 5Subscription may be paused if all retries fail

Important

If payment fails repeatedly, your subscription may be canceled and you'll be downgraded to the FREE plan. Update your payment method promptly!
