Invoices & Payment History

All your payment invoices are available in your account. Download PDF receipts for your records or expense reports.

Where to Find Invoices

1. 1Go to Settings → Billing tab
2. 2Scroll down to "Invoices" section
3. 3See all past invoices listed chronologically
4. 4Click the download icon to get PDF

Invoice Information

Each invoice shows:

• Invoice ID (unique identifier)
• Invoice date
• Amount charged
• Currency (USD)
• Payment status (Paid, Open, Failed)
• PDF download button

Invoice Statuses

• ✅ Paid - Payment successful, invoice is complete
• ⏳ Open - Payment pending, invoice not yet paid
• ❌ Failed - Payment failed, action may be required

Downloading PDF Invoices

PDF invoices include:

• Company information
• Your billing details
• Invoice number and date
• Itemized charges
• Payment method used
• Total amount paid

How Long Are Invoices Stored?

We store all your invoices indefinitely. You can access invoices from years ago anytime you need them.

Email Receipts

Stripe automatically sends email receipts:

• Sent to your account email immediately after payment
• Contains payment confirmation
• Includes invoice PDF link
• Arrives within minutes of payment

What If I Don't See an Invoice?

Invoices appear only for paid plans:

• FREE plan users don't have invoices
• Invoices generate after successful payment
• Failed payments may not create invoices
• Contact support if invoices are missing
